MAREN HOCH & WOLFGANG IN DER WIESCHE

Der Ausstellungssaal Im Atelierhaus Aachen wurde am 26./27. September zum Schauplatz der bildnerischen Auseinandersetzung von Maren Hoch und Wolfgang in der Wiesche. Gut 500 BesucherInnen nutzten die Gelegenheit, den gemeinsamen Malprozess zu beobachten.

In den Anfangsphasen der jeweiligen großen Arbeiten wechselten Malerin und Maler alle 20 Minuten die Seiten, nach drei bis vier Wechseln wuchsen die Bilder im direkten Dialog organisch.

Entstanden sind vier großformatige und einige kleinere Gemälde. Ergänzt durch wenige individuelle Bilder, die es ermöglichen, den jeweiligen malerischen Einfluss nachzuvollziehen, ist die daraus entstandene Ausstellung bis zum 11. Oktober zu sehen.

The exhibition hall of Atelierhaus Aachen became the arena of the pictorial debate between Maren Hoch and Wolfgang in der Wiesche on 26/27 September. About 500 visitors took the opportunity to observe the collaborative painting process.

In the initial phases of the respective large works, the painters changed sides every 20 minutes, and after three to four changes, the pictures grew organically in direct dialogue.

The results, four large-format and some smaller paintings. Supplemented by a few individual paintings, which offer to trace the respective painterly influence, the resulting exhibition can be seen until 11 October.

Der große lichte Ausstellungssaal wird zum Schauplatz der bildnerischen Auseinandersetzung von Maren Hoch und Wolfgang in der Wiesche. Am Anfang steht die weiße Leinwand – das Ende ist offen. Die Aktion kann während der Öffnungszeiten der Kunstroute vom 26.-27.09.2020 beobachtet und verfolgt werden.
Die entstandenen Bilder werden direkt im Anschluss ausgestellt und bis zum 11. Oktober zu sehen sein

Visitors to the Atelierhaus have the opportunity to witness artistic creative processes.
The large, bright exhibition hall will be the setting for the visual debate between Maren Hoch and Wolfgang in der Wiesche. At the beginning there is the white canvas – with an open end… The action can be observed and followed during the opening hours of the Kunstroute from 26-27.09.2020.
The resulting paintings will be exhibited immediately afterwards and can be seen until 11 October.
